Earrings, e-gift cards, customised pieces and delivery charges are non-refundable.

You have 14 days* from the date of delivery to return any unwanted item(s) in their original condition. Arrangement for collection of return or drop off to nearest post office will be arranged by us. Please note a shipping return fee of £2.75 will be deducted from your total refund.

All returns are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in the same condition they were sold, any unsatisfactory returns (worn or undisclosed damaged goods) will result in no refund. Refunds will appear in your account within 3-5 working days once processed.
